' A Non Commercial
    Charity Project'

This is a 'Non Commercial Charity  Project', designed especially for the Laptop, however there is a small preview  on the 'Mobile Phone'. The website is very 'Exclusive'  and  only features in the 'Search Engines'.

All my work s carried out from the heart, and I actually run my website at a loss, for it is very important to me ...

'Rhyl Air Show'~2026

There’s still no news about the 'Rhyl Air Show', and the longer we wait for a decision, the less likely it seems the event will go ahead.

I was recently asked about the concept of 'Format' and how it affects 'File Size,' so I decided to illustrate it with a scenario.' Shooting Rhyl Air Show' ~ 'Wishful Thinking'.

It is good to visit  the location  where the event  is being held, it nice to find the feel of the place, if you have travel a great distance  it is not always possible. I certainly can help with 'Rhyl Air Show'...

If the weather and light are kind to you, you can capture some sensational shots. At lunchtime, the sun will be behind you, and as the day goes on, it will move to your side. Most DSLR cameras come with flare hoods, but if you’re shooting with a mobile phone, be mindful of potential lens flare in your photographs ...

Rhyl has plenty of parking. If you’re traveling in from Abergele, you’ll find a huge outdoor car park as you enter the town. From there, you can head up the 'Promenade' ...

'The Recce'

Technique

'Framing' ~ Aircraft are very large and easy to frame.

'Height Restrictions' ~ Unfortunately, height limits can make it difficult to be creative.

'The Light' ~ When the light and weather are kind to you, you can capture some truly stunning shots.

'UVA Filter' ~ Often we may have  grey,  white skies and lots of smoke, which can cause noise in your images. Many Cameras and Mobile Phones' already have 'UVA Filters' that can help, and 'Digital Imaging Programs' often include tools to remove noise from your photographs.

Photo' Opportunity

Every year, the 'Rhyl Air Show 'attracts thousands of visitors and offers 'A Fantastic Photo Opportunity'. The event runs for two days, giving you the chance to look at your photography in the evening and return the next day to develop or retake them, taking advantage of changes in light and sky. As a free event, it’s hard to charge admission due to its location, but 'Large Donation Buckets' could be placed around, with some of the proceeds shared with the charities that have platforms there ...

'Format'

Before you go to photograph an 'Air Show or Event', decide on the 'Format' you’ll shoot in, as this will determine the 'File Size'. you will also have to decide which 'Market' you want to target with your photography ...

The format is the type of file you use to create your photographs. Most people are familiar with the 'JPEG File', but you might notice there are variations on different cameras ~ 'Low, Medium, and High Resolution'. The high resolution files will take up much more memory on your camera ...

'The TIFF File' is a 'High Quality Graphic Format' often used to store photos of many colour's ...

'The RAW File', is a file that contains 'Unprocessed Data' straight from the digital camera. Often used by professional photographers ,the file can be converted into many different formats ...

Which Market ?

Now you have to decide 'Which Market' you want to aim your photography at ...

'The World Of The Media' ~ 'Landscape', if you are working with a 'Mobile Phone'  place your phone on it's side. However we are in an exciting 'World of Change', Try and create a ' Nice Variety'...

'Social Media And The Mobile Phone' ~ 'You call it 'Vertical' we call it 'Portrait' ~ 'Good Luck'...

Film And Video ~ If  you feel that you are not getting the images you had set your heart on, then you can 'Video' the 'Air Show'. Try and create as much 'Variety' ~ 'Landscape, Portrait, and Video' ...

Proof Reading With 'AI'~ Bing

I wrote all of this feature, then I wondered if 'Copilot' could 'Proof Read' the article. It is nice to play and experiment that is how you learn. Yes it could, it was fantastic, however on some of the paragraphs I reverted back to the original, they seemed to come across to the point but very cold ...

Here’s how to do it ~ Highlight the paragraph you want to change by running the cursor over it ...

Place the cursor at the end of the highlighted sentence at the end of the paragraph. Then right-click, and when the 'Text Box' appears, click on 'Rewrite' ...

'Artificial Intelligence'

In 2023 'Artificial Intelligence' was just filtering into the UK with 'Bing Chat' and we were all 'Hungary' to learn all about it.

This is the time we conducted a 'Mad Experiment' with the public to see if 'Bing Chat' could write a new story for 'The Battle Of Britain Memorial  Flight'. Could 'Bing Chat' capture the 'Soul, Essence And Spirt 'of 'this amazing flight.

No ...

So we all wrote our own short stores, I wrote 'The Solders Wish,'  you are very welcome to re write the story, I  think we have all turned into 'War Poets'.

However this is where we created the 'Children's Version'. A 'Rap' called 'Hope And Glory'...

'Bing Chat' has now been developed into 'Copilot'  ...

I have been absolutely amazed how quickly 'Artificial Intelligence' as taken over,  it is running at such a fast pace it is impossible to keep up with. It is an 'Exciting

World Of Change,' and we may all be in 'The History Books' ...

'Love'

I covered all 'The War Anniversaries' and  wrote two factual pieces using  'Copilot', I found it absolutely fantastic. When you are researching a subject you usually backwards and forwards between different websites and sources, sometimes they all have

different variations. Working with Copilot everything is in one place.

The feature 'Victory Over Japan Day'  'Copilot' translated the 'Japanese Phrases'  , you can do this with any language.

Looking back at all the 'War Anniversary Features' I think there is to much 'Copilot' and not enough 'Jane'.

I am going to develop all 'The War Features'  entwining them with 'Contemporary', to give them a more contemporary feel  ...

'Hiroshima' ~ 'Story Line

I was influenced  by two documentaries 'Atomic People' and 'The Manhattan Project' 'The Story Line' was my interpretation of the documentaries.

'The Story Line' was wrote especially  for this website, it was important to keep it as family friendly as possible. I did not show a video of a 'Atomic Bomb' being dropped.

I did not write about 'The Aftermath' and the horrific injuries of the 'Survivors'. I left all that to your imagination!

However I did need to create an 'Impact' or the 'Atomic Bomb' would have looked insignificant. 'The Story Line' is just a small paragraph, I  wrote it and read it so many times I became very familiar with The Story Line , and I 'Lost The Sight To See', I lost the sight to see what impact

I had created. I had to wait until the public had viewed the feature, to see how explosive it was ...

The Flag  - The Last image .

                   Three Images In Total.

            UK MOD Crown Copyright.

Shortly after 'Armed Forces Day' I was diagnosed with 'Ovarian Cancer' , so I put everything  on hold until I had finished  all my treatment. When I came back to work with 'The Armed Forces Images' I realised that I had lost all the information, so I put everything on hold. When the 'Armed Forces Day' came around again this year 2025 I thought it is now or never ...

The videos have been created using  photography, I still have some photographs missing !

'The Flag Ceremony' began with gun fire on 'The Great Orme', unfortunately I was unable to be in two places at once, my image was just a little puff of smoke ! We need a very 'Dramatic Image' for the start of the video and some new photographs for the end

of the video ...

'The Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight' ~ 'Clarity'

I gave the public 'Full Permission' to use 'The Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight'  'Video and Photography' for 'Non Commercial Use'. On the understanding that rights of any images used, the 'Copyright ' stays with the 'Collection' for it is those images that make the 'Collection  Special' ...

'The Performance'

In the distance you can hear the mighty roar of 'The Avro Lancaster Bomber', 'The Supermarine Spitfire' and 'The Hawker Hurricane,' as the aircraft approach, the crowd 'Clap, Cheer and Shout Hurray'.  I do warn you now this will  touch your heart ...

'The Lancaster Bomber', 'The Spitfire'  and 'The Hurricane' all fly together and 'Wow' the crowd ...

A 'Duet' is performed  by The Spitfire' and 'The Hurricane '...

You hear the mighty roar of 'The Majestic Lancaster Bomber' as all three aircraft perform their 'Solo Routines' ...

All three aircraft rejoin their 'Formation', they fly past the cheering crowd to say 'Goodbye'.

'The Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight' ...

World Of The Arts ~ Project

I work very differently to most people it is not a new way of working, it is just a different way of presenting your work to introduce yourself and explore 'New Markets' within the 'Industry'.

If I was to sell my 'Kudos Project'  I would probably have sold 'The Bite Size Section' as a 'Whole'  for this contains every 'Aircraft In The Collection', this is why they are all grouped together.

Working with my clients brief I would have created something very special for that person from ~ Framing, Resolution and Digital Imaging working  closely with my client to create a very 'Bespoke Collection.'

I decided  not to take my project down that path on this occasion for very 'Private Reasons '...

I only include low resolution images on the website, if you would like a 'Higher Resolution Image' (The higher the resolution the larger you can print the image out) Please contact me ...

Jagged Edges on the edge of the image, this means that the image is 'Pin Sharp'

It looks this  way for it is very small, when you zoom out it will be fine .

If  you have any other 'Questions' please contact me ...

You can also find further information in the 'Photo' Blog' ...

'The Kudos Project' has been under development since 2015, and it has taken

four nearly five years to create the 'Website' to reach this phase where it is today.

I  am now  going to develop the project into something  very 'Special'  and  very 'Precious' ...

The emphasis is on a 'Collection' it is not just 'Photography'  and  some of the aircraft are quite valuable such as the 'Vulcan Bomber' and 'The German Aircraft '...

'Old Fashioned Values'

In my heart, I know I’m nearing the end of my career, but I’m not ready to let go just yet. I’ve had the 'Honor and Privilege' of working with many 'Photographers, Artists, and Creatives' in the 'World Of The Arts'. Throughout my journey, I was always taught that you never, ever criticize or discredit another creative. Here are some of the reasons why...

'A Fine Art Photographer' might create a  surreal image, one that tells a story yet means something different to everyone who sees it. They probably will  give the image ' A Weird and Wonderful Title' to enhance the image’s aura. This piece of artwork could become deeply personal to the photographer, and when it’s presented on their website or social media, it’s really an extension of themselves — the site becomes a reflection of who they are ...

In North Wales, we’re fortunate to have many beautiful nature reserves and talented 'Wildlife Photographers'. Capturing that elusive shot can take weeks of patience, and sometimes there’s only one chance you’ll never get again. The wildlife photographer takes great pride in their work, presenting stunning images on their site, only for someone to come along criticize and ruin them ...

Always remember 'When You Write Things Down, They Become Legal Instantly' ...

This is your 'Reputation' you do not know who is looking in, you could possibly

miss out on a 'Commission or Future Work Opportunities ' ...

The photography may not be your 'Discipline, Style or Cup Of Tea', for we are all 'Unique Individuals', always wish that person 'Good Luck' ...

When I first started my career as photographer we all use to 'Shake Hands With Other Photographers' and 'Wish Them Good Luck' ...

Where as all that gone ? It is like 'The Wild West' out there 'Every Man For Himself ' I could be 'Calamity Jane'. Who would you Be ? 'John Wayne' 'Clint Eastwood' and the 'Milky Bar Kid'.  Do not forget the film ' The Good, The Bad And The Ugly' ...

                                                           'Good Luck For The Future'

Thankyou for looking at my website I hope that I have inspired you to create and build your own project with a subject close to your heart ...
